This week we learnt about the effects friction can have on the movement of objects. To learn more about this we carried out an experiment where we chose three different materials and tested the force on them using a toy car.
From this experiment we found out that the material that had the least amount of friction was metal and the safest was sand paper.
Why do you think the material that had the least amount of friction is the one not to use?
