Mrs Frankish, what a legend you are! Here at Broad Heath you have changed the lives of everyone that you work with: both staff and student alike. I truly am thankful that I was able to be guided by you this past year, your 1:1 mentorship has enabled me to be a forward thinking and creative practitioner that puts a child’s well-being and engagement at the forefront. Not only are you a wonderful leader, you are empathetic and a role model. The difference that you have made to our community is inspiring and I hope that one day I leave a legacy that will be as well respected as yours! Thank you for all that you do for us – you deserve this recognition and this award, greatly!

My children have thrived during their time at BH, and this is because of your passion and dedication to the school and the pupils.
