In our Science lesson yesterday we looked at the different phases of the moon. We carried out an experiment using Oreo’s which represented the different phases of the moon.

My favorite part was when we used Oreo cookies to display moon
New moon, waxing crescent, first quarter, waxing gibbous, full moon, waning gibbous, last quarter, waning crescent.

The eight phases of the Moon are: New Moon, Waxing Crescent, First Quarter, Waxing Gibbous, Full Moon, Waning Gibbous, Last Quarter and Waning Crescent.
My favourite part was making the poster using the oreos because I loved the part when we got to eat them.
