Powerful performance week 🎭💃🕺🎭

This week is performance week! The children watched their teachers performing to a musical dance which all children will get the chance to practice this week! Today children sang, dance and created their own dance routines in groups. Everyone learnt about performance anxiety and how to overcome using strategies and anxiety management techniques, they practiced yoga and mindfulness activities. Children also practiced for the talent show this Thursday and forming groups and routines/acts. Lastly, children learnt about the musical elements of a song and commented on the blog with detailed responses. All children have done a fantastic job this Monday and both myself and Mrs Patel are super proud and look forward to a wonderful week with the bestest class! 🥳🤩👏
