    Bronze
The snail left 55 because 34+21 equal 55.
    Silver
First the answer is 1 pound 10 and second the answer is 67p.
You can make 47p by having 2x20p 3x2p and 1p.
    The snake started from 13cm.

Task1.If you add all of the coins together it will be 1.77p.
Task2.The snake was 13 cm long to start with.
The snail’s tail is 34-21=13 because so 3-2=1 and 4-1=3 so that how I work it out.

      1. There was 55cm of snail trail over the weekend
      2. £1.10 and 67p
You can make 47p by 10p+10p+10p+10p+5p+2p=47p
      20p+20p+5p+2p=47p
      3. The snake started off as 13 cm.

    Question 1:
    21cm + 34cm = 55cm.
This means that 55cm of snail trail was left in the weekend.
    Question 2:
The total of the coins are £1.77p.
    This is because £1 + 10p + 10p + 50p + 5p + 2p = £1.77p.
    One way to make 47p is to do 20p + 20p + 5p + 2p.
    Another way to make 47p is to do 10p + 20p + 10p + 5p + 2p.
    Question 3:
    48cm – 22cm = 26cm.
    26cm – 13cm = 13cm.
This means the snail started at 13cm.

    34cm + 21cm = 55 cm
    £1 + 10p = £1.10
    50p + 10p + 5p + 2p = 67p
    20p + 20p + 5p + 2p = 47p
    20p + 10p + 10p + 2p + 2p + 2p + 1p = 47p
    22cm + 13cm = 35cm
48cm – 35cm = 13 cm so that means the snake was 13 cm to start with
