    BRONZE
    A. 0.3+0.4+0.3=1 because 1 tenth is = to 0.1 so one hundredth is = to 0.01 and 10 0.01s’ is = to 0.01 so 0.3 is = to 0.03×10 which is 0.30 and then +0.40 because 1 tenth is = to 0.1 so one hundredth is = to 0.01 and 10 0.01s’ is = to 0.01 so 0. is = to 0.04×10 which is 0.40 and then + them together which is 70 and now we need to take away 100 by 70 to see how much is left and it = 30 so 0.3+0.4+0.3=1

    B. 1=3/10+1/10+6/10 because if you add 3 and 1 you would get 4 and then-it by 10 and then you get 6 now you put a line and 10 after it and then you get your answer which is 6/10 so 1=3/10+1/10+6/10.

    C. 0.5+3\10+0.2=1 ,for first we need to convert the fraction to a decimal and I know that 1/10 is equal 0.1 because it means 1 out of ten parts so that means 3/10 is equal to 0.3 and now we need to add 0.5 which = 0.8 now we need to – it by 10 which equals 0.2 so 0.5+3\10+0.2=1.

    D. 1/10 + 0.6 + 0.3=1

    E.3/10 +6/10=1-1/10

    F.1-0.6=0.3+1/10

    0.5+3/10+0.2=1

Teddy has 1.77 because it is the only number that has the same number in the 10ths and 100ths colomn.
Kim has 0.87 because it is the only number with 8 tenths.
Alex has 0.08 because her number is the only one with two zero place holders.

The total length of three bead strings would be 96cm. The length of 3 beads strings is shorter than 1 metre because 1 metre = 100 cm.

    (Gold)

Teddy’s number is 1.77 because the number he chooses has the same digits in the tenths and hundreds. So the tenth is 7 and hundred is 7 too.

Kim’s number is 0.87 because the number she chooses has the tenths column which is 8.

Alex number is 0.08 because the number she chooses has two zero placeholders in 0.08.

Mo’s number is 1.7 because the number he chooses has 1 decimal place.

    A 0.3 + 0.4 + 0. 3 = 1
B with b it shows fractions so we need to convert if we converted it would be decimals so 0.6 + 0.1 + 0.3 = 1
C c also shows some fraction so we need to convert it to the decimals then it would be 0.5 + 0.3 + 0.2 = 1
    D this one we have to convert too so it will become 0.1 + 0.3 + 0.6 = 1
E we need to convert this into 0.1+ 0.3+ 0.6 so converting the answered will be 1 whole
    F 1-0.6 = 5 so double 5 = 1 whole in decimals
    Silver
    A 0.1 +0.9 = 1
    B 0 + 0.01 = 1
    C 0.03 + 0 = 1
D we need to convert so 0.5 + Converting 3
