Year 6 Rowing Tournament.

On Friday 4th February, Broad Heath look to defend their title as Coventry West school champions. The children have been training very hard from before Christmas, and all look in excellent shape to do their best come the big day. To help them train, we have now a 2nd rowing machine. The students have decided to name our school rowers “Viking” and “Anglo”, and will carry on making the most of their opportunities to use them at lunchtime. Here are the school squads;

Boys: Aayan S, Muhammed R, Bilawal, Zain

Girls: Aisha, Alexis, Hajrah, Esra, Aleena M.

The competition will take place at Coventry and Warwick Sport Center on Binley Road in the morning, and students taking part will be back for lunchtime as usual. Best of luck to the two squads, I am sure you will do use proud!
