2 Red explore Coventry

To support our new topic, ‘The History of Coventry’, we went on a walk to the City centre and explored local landmarks. We investigated the old and new cathedral and identified some cobbled streets on the way. We took a stroll around the Transport Museum, visited the Blitz Experience, went to the Herbert Art Gallery where we met Dippy the dinosaur and even had a picnic lunch in the sunshine. What a great way to start our new topic!

    I had fun today, i really enjoyed going to the museum.

      My favourite part was going to the transport museum because I love all types of cars. I loved to see the cars that were used in the olden days.

      I learned about lady Godiva and peeping Tom. Peeping Tom peaked at lady Godiva and then he became blind and had no pupils which freaked me out.
