In Maths today, Caterpillars continued to tell the time. They went outside and created clocks using their bodies…Check out this short video.

If the big (minute) hand is on the 9 and the little (hour) hand is just before the 6…What time is it?

On my clock the minute hand is on the 6 and the hour hand is past the 4…what time is it?

Challenge: If there is 60 minutes in an hour and 30 minutes in half an hour, how many minutes are in an hour and a half?

    1) If the minute hand is on nine and the hour hand just before six it’s quarter to 6.
    2) If the minute hand is on six and the hour
    hand is past four it is half past four.
    3) An hour and half is ninety minutes .
