2Blue are incredible historians. After learning about why Florence Nightingale was significant, they explored another heroic nurse called Mary Seacole. They compared these brave women and then shared which nurse they admired most, giving reasons. Take a look at their amazing learning.

    Mary made her own medicine to help soldiers recover quickly. She used herbs and spices like Turmeric, ginger, cloves and nutmeg.
    In Jamaica, she treated and nursed patients in the cholera epidemic.
