    Permeable is when liquids or gases are allowed to pass through it.
    What does impermeable mean?
    Impermeable means when it does not allow fluid to pass through.

    Impermeable soil is the best soil because it takes longer for the water to become absorbed.

    through something like rocks.
    3.Permuble is best for soil to make puddles because if water goes through soil the soil becomes soft.
    Impermuble is not best for soil because it will hurt someone’s
