3 Blue’s Wonderful World Book Day 📚 📕 📖

We celebrated the wonders of world book day today. Everyone came dressed in fantastic costume and brought characters from books to life through the effort they put into their outfits. We met characters ranging from Snow White, ninjas, Harry Potter all the way to Wally and a golden ticket from Wonka’s chocolate 🍫 factory 👏.
3 Blue alongside the rest of the school were privileged to meet and collaborate with the McLeod Brothers who consist of two brothers- one of which is a brilliant, talented writer and the other an amazing, inspiring illustrator. Children created a story including animation with the two wonder brothers and they had a super time being creative and talking about their ideas. Children enjoyed a robin robin of activities including reading for pleasure and creating posters of their favourite book as well as creating their own animations using a software. What a spectacular day 😃

    My favourite book is little red, Riding Hood because she is kind and the wolf is silly and funny. My favourite part was when we were drawing with the Brothers.😀😄🥰👍🥳
