This week was Science week in 4 White and we explored the big questionâWhich breakfast is best?â
We took part in a range of activities to help us find the answer. As a class we researched the five food groups and found out how they helped our body grow and stay healthy. We discussed how different physical activities used different nutrition and how exercise can affect our digestive system.
