As we age, our bodies age with us so our bones will become more thinner and fragile and your hair will become grey. Your senses weaken as you age as well.

We can become more frail and lose hair which is more common for men. You can also get diseases like dementia and cancer at old ages. You can have cancer from a young age but people usually get dementia when they are old. As you age, you can start to lose your ability to listen to things or see things. Your skin will become more wrinkled and dry as you get older. A common thing is that your hair colour changes, for example from black or brown to white or grey. When your hair starts to turn grey people are usually in their 30’s, this is why a lot of women dye their their hair. For some people, their hair can also turn white. Your hair colour can also change at a young age. You will get a couple of different coloured strands at first but then gradually, your hair will become a different colour.

As we age, it is common for hair loss ( more common in men) and hair colour to fade, our spines get less functional, your sense of sight and hearing starts to deteriorate and your skin gains wrinkles.
