I learnt about growth and fixed mindset. A growth mindset is where you tell yourself that you can do it and the brain keeps growing and a fixed mindset is where the brain only sticks to the things they know and won’t try and the brain will not grow.

In the lesson I was able to understand the differences of a fixed mindset and growth mindset. As well as this I know that if you have a growth mindset you will learn more however if you have a fixed mindset you will stay where you are and not achieve more.

In this lesson I have been able to learn more about the difference between a growth and fixed mindset. A growth mindset will try to learn more and explore new things however, a fixed mindset will give up easily and will only stick to what they know.

During today’s session with Miss Hyde we gained knowledge by learning about fixed and growth mindset then displaying our learning by making posters. A growth mindset : is when you continue to learn, be inspired by others and have faith in yourself and others. A fixed mindset : is when you think negative, be jealous sometimes and give up.
Thank you to all the staff who arranged this fun and enlightening workshop.

In today’s session, I have gained a lot of knowledge about growth & fixed mindset . We played a growth & fixed mindset game and we also tried to recognise celebrity pictures and we identified if they had a growth mindset or a fixed mindset. all of us also created a growth & fixed mindset poster and included positive quotes. Miss Hyde also brought a mirror for our class so we can make an affirmation mirror full with positive quotes.

THANK YOU SO MUCH MISS HYDE!!!!!

In today’s session , I have gained so much knowledge about growth mindsets and fixed mindsets . Growth mindset- always willing to embrace challenges and always think positively. Fixed mindset- Never try to embrace challenges always think negatively . The mindset game was very fun , we also explored our mindsets creating posters that have positive quotes. Our affirmation mirror had lots of positive quotes remembering to never give up and embrace all challenges.
