First you use the bottom of your palm then on the back 5 times hit them. If this is not working you put your hands a bit lower then your chest and start pushing it back. Each time you do this , check if the person is not choking . After you do this take them to the doctor because you have a lot of sensitive organs.
5.How do you stop a nose bleed?
Pinch your nose and face your head down for 10minutes. Do this 3 times and if it’s still not working
then try again. If it doesn’t stop then try again. If it doesn’t stop then call emergency services.

Anyone can help someone with first aid
The first step is to look for danger and then look for a response
    Danger
    Response
    Airway
    Breathing
    Call
The steps are to hit the person using the heel of your palm. Check if he stopped choking after each hit. If this does not work then push at the stomach to get the object out of their throat. Also make sure that you check if the person is okay in every push.
Pinch the top of your nose then face down for 10 minutes however if this doesn’t work then do the process again. Only until you hit 30 minutes. If the bleeding stops then don’t breath with that side of your nose.

Anyone can help someone with basic first aid
The first step before doing first aid is to look for danger, and look for a response
    Danger Response Airway Breathing Call
The steps for someone that is choking are to hit the casualty using the heel of your palm between it’s two shoulder blades . Check if he/she stopped choking after each hit.If this does not work, then thrust at the stomach to try and get the object out of their throat. Also make sure that you check if the person is okay between each thrust.Do not perform any more unnecessary thrusts or hits if he/she is okay .
Pinch under the bridge of the nose and tilt you head forward for 10 minutes .Start the process again if the bleeding has not stopped.
