Smoking can cause many illnesses , a cigarette has over 4000 chemicals and it is very bad for your mental health .
If you drink a shot of alcohol you will be fine but if your drinking it consistently you will feel sick ,have a headache and also you can pass out

Challenge: Can you tell me the impact of smoking cigarettes and drinking alcohol on your physical and mental health?

Cigarettes contain over 4000 chemicals including nicotine, which is highly affective. If you have cigarettes regularly, it will affect you. You will get cancer( any type of cancer like mouth cancer and etc), gum disease, lung disease, skin and teeth colour difference and etc. It will also give you wrinkles and you will look older than your normal age.

If you drink alcohol when you are 18 or older, it will have a big impact on you and your future. You will get drunk, do something risky and much more than that. People have alcohol to calm down if they are stressed, not get distracted, if they just like the taste and more.
