You use your biceps when you do push ups.
You use your abdominals when you do burpees.
You use your quadriceps when you do tuck ups.
You use your obliques when you do squats.
You use your pectorales when you do squats.
Exercise is healthy because it helps you burn calories and fat.

Excellent answers Aadyan although you wouldn’t use your pectorials for squats as it is mostly load on the legs.
