We started our new English unit by reading familiar texts. We then shared which stories we liked or disliked and explained our reasoning.
The next day we listened to the story, ‘The Tiger Who Came to Tea’ and answered key questions regarding the characters and settings.
The following day we retold the story using puppets and thought about our voice choice and expressions.
