This term our new topic is Familiar Stories, where we will be listening to stories by different authors and undertaking a variety of activities and challenges based around the story themes.
This week we are reading the story ‘Aliens Love Underpants’ by Claire Freedman and Ben Cort.
C&L and Literacy – To draw and write about my own alien in underpants
Maths – To explore weight using ‘moon rocks’ and balance scales!
SEAL – To know how to be a good Broad Heath citizen
EAD – To make shape aliens
Reading- To match captions/CVC words to images
PSED – To talk about our favourite toys and why they are special to us
