    Fruits and vegetables because so it don’t make you fat and you are strong and makes you talk and contains important vitamins🍄.

    Fruits and vegetables contain important vitamins, minerals and plant chemicals. They also contain fibre.

    Taking dietary supplements such as vitamins does not have the same health benefits as eating more fruit and vegetables.
