In DT children learnt all about the different food groups and focused on carbohydrates, fruit and vegetables, protein, oils and unsaturated fats as well as dairy. The children are all very knowledgeable on maintaining a well balanced diet and are aware of how to keep up with good eating habits. They’ve all promised they will be eating 5 portions of fruit and vegetable 😀!
