This half term we are continuing with our Fraction learning. Today, Year3 took part in a Round Robin. In one of the groups the children completed challenges to identify unit fractions of objects and in the other group the children played a ball game in teams using their Fraction knowledge to answer questions on the spot.

    1) Draw a rectangle and draw a line in the middle also shade 1 part of the rectangle.
    2)1/4 of 20 is 5.

      1. How many parts have you split your rectangle into Dhonshan?
      (Think numerator and denominator.)
