Health and Wellbeing Week 2022 – 4th-8th April

  • Picture of Mr Rawlings Mr Rawlings
  • March 25, 2022

This term’s project week is focusing on health and well being. As part of the week, we are really excited to offer our students a range of activities many would not have tried before, including rock climbing, skateboarding and boxing for fitness. The main purpose for the week it to get our children as active as possible throughout the week, whilst also learning about the link between physical activity, diet and mental well being. As with any activity their is an element of risk, but we will also be promoting resilience and perseverance, and looking for those qualities in our students. All activities will also be delivered by suitably qualified professionals, have been appropriately risk assessed, and have the necessary safety precautions. If you have any questions, please ask and more information can be provided.
