Health week was awesome. I had so much fun. I also learnt that you should only take prescribed drugs from the doctor. However, if you think you need to have some drugs that are over the counter you should take them, but you should not take to much.

During health week year five learnt about the brain and there are four parts of your brain and they are called the cerebellum (the smallest part of your brain). The cerebrum (the biggest part of your brain). The brain stem the part that controls your involuntary muscles which are your automatic muscles. Also the thalamus the part of your brain that controls your body temperature. We have also looked at what makes us happy and what releases all of the happy chemicals.Every day we did activities such as meditation, sports, puzzles and reading and we would rate it out of five.I really enjoyed heath week especially the practical activities.

I really liked health week, because we had a great opportunity how to keep our body healthy and fit. We have done different exercises like: star jumps, running, elbow touch, press-ups, skipping and many more during health week.
Smoking, drugs and alcohol can damage your body parts, such as your lungs, brain and liver.
You should always eat and drink healthy food and liquid.
keep all these points in mind.

I thought health week was really good and lots of fun I learnt a lot of new things .
    3 things I learnt in health week were;
*Drugs can also have a positive effect on your body and they are good drugs.
*There are lots of types of good and bad drugs and all people buy them for different uses.
*Bad drugs have grades such as Class A+ drugs(you would get arrested immidiently).Class B drugs (you will get aressted depending on how much you have).Class C drugs (you will get aressted depending on how much you have).

I loved Health week because it was super fun and i got to know more about how to keep you and your body safe and healthy.

Us 4 Blue learnt about the good drugs and bad drugs and what the effect and the impact it has on your body and brain. We also learnt about smoking and what the damage it can do to your body.I obviously know that this has a negative impact on yourself,so it should be not recommended for others to be risking. We also tried to persuade people not to smoke or be having bad drugs because it is really bad for you.

    I loved Health Week.
I learnt that if a woman who is pregnant and she smokes, there is a risk of the baby dying shortly after birth.
Every cigarette a person smoke takes away 11 minutes of there life.
A single cigarette contains over 4800 chemicals.
Smoking causes 1 in every 5 deaths in the U.S.every year.

    THAT IS SOOOOOOO SAD!

Health week reminds you and your brain on how to stay healthy and how to be healthy. In year 6 we learnt about exercise and how it affects you. We also did a test on how to stay healthy and the teat was that you ha to run or walk depends what level and stage your on. Us -year 6- also made our fitness routine. we were put into groups to do so. Ours was…
    1)Pencil jumps
2)Hop Scotch-doesn’t matter if you have a base printed, labelled on the floor
    3)Jogging on the spot
    4)Skipping
    5)Star jumps
    ****************************************
This is my groups fitness routine. We are meant to do five only. Also we wrote to our Aggie Auntie. Your Aggie Aunt isn’t really your aunt its just a nick name to someone who helps you when your in a bug dilemma. If you don’t know what a dilemma is its when your in a middle of a bad situation. It was all about SATs and a really good thing is you practise for SATs but also have breaks to keep your mind focus and less worried about it. Exercise is one good thing. Do something you love to do that is called a hobby.

the new thing I learnt was about a Aggie Aunt. At start I was confused because I didn’t have a auntie called Aggie. N
