    1) he might be feeling feeling hatred and sadness I know this because in the text It says “curse you vile weather and curse you long shanks.” He is also cold because in the text it says he grabbed the blanket tighter.
    2) he acknowledged his defeat
    3)he was feeling joyous that he was able to tell his story to the spider
    4)he was motivating him

    5) ya Ken means you know
    6) it means don’t/ do not
    7) when the spider failed and since he lost the war he thought they had something in common
    8)the spider failed 6 times
    9) to never give no matter how hard you try

    1) Robert is feeling sad. I know this because he had lost a war and his army was scattered.
    2) I think he was accepting his defeat.
    3) I think he feels happy to share his stories with someone/thing.

    It replaces don’t.
    With both of them failing, he thought they had something in common.
    The spider failed 6 times.
    The moral is to never give up, no matter what.

      Great effort, Rajbir, and thank you for completing this tonight.
      Could you perhaps infer that he felt cold and lonely because in the text it says he wraps the blanket around him and is grumpy about the fire?
