This week we have been looking at what it means to be healthy
Every day we have taken part in daily yoga to stretch our bodies and work our muscles.
This one was our favourite:

On Thursday afternoon we saw the different teachers in reception and we took part in a range of activates from dancing to yoga and played the bean game!

Thank goodness we know how to keep fit and healthy! It was so nice trying all the different fruits and vegetables!
Lastly, here’s how we organised some different foods into healthy and unhealthy. We found out that some foods can be both because if we eat too much of anything it could be bad for us!
