This week in Reception Blue we started our new topic on ‘Journeys’. We investigated and wrote about different types of transport, created transport patterns and even made our own vehicles.

Understanding of the world: Describing different forms of transport

Basic Skills: Fine Motor activity using tweezers and buttons

Communication and Language : Talked about the story “You cant take an elephant on the bus”

EAD – Children used a variety of art media to create a form of transport

SMSC: Children talked about places which are special to us
