World Book Day in Reception Blue📚😊

Today in Reception we read the story ‘There’s a Superhero in Your Book’ written by Tom Fletcher and illustrated by Greg Abbott.

We all came dressed in our wonderful superhero costumes and had lots of fun. We based our learning on the story and took part in different activities. We listened to the story and talked about what an author and illustrator does as well as discussing the plot and characters. We role-played being a superhero and using our superhero powers. We used our creative skills to design and make superhero masks and then we wrote about what superhero powers teachers have!
