Yes. True. Adding even number with even number will make even numbers only, as we adding even number(s) with even number(s).
    For example:
    2 + 2 = 4
    4 + 2 = 6
    6+2 = 8
    14 + 4 = 18
    Silver:
    1+35 =36
    2+34=36
    3+33=36
    4+32=36
    5+31=36
    6+30=36
    7+29=36
    8+28=36
    9+27=36
    10+26=36
    11+25=36
    12+24=36
    13+23=36
    14+22=36

    28+8=36
    30+6=36
    32+4=36
    34+2=36
    36+0 =36

    Gold:

Number of ways to make 25p

    5p+5p+5p+5p+5p = 25p.
    10p+10p+5p=25p.
    10+10+2p+2p+1=25p.
    10p+10p+1p+1p+1p+1p+1p=25p.
    5p+5p+5p+5p+2p+2p+1p=25p.
    2p+2p+2p+2p+2p+2p+2p+2p+2p+2p+1p=25p.

Yes it is true. I know this because I have added some even numbers together and the total is always even.
    2 + 6 = 8
    4 + 8 = 12
    6 + 10 = 16
    8 + 12 = 20

    15 – Odd number

6+6=12 (12 is also an even number because the 6 used to make the number 12 is even)
