    The answer is Triangular Prism.

  2. Safa M.

    Bronze:
The Rabbit is correct because if you continue to the pattern the 17th colour would be yellow.

    Silver:
No, The Geese is wrong because we need 5 boxes because 10 x 5 = 50.

    Gold:
    He could use 50p, 20p, 5p.
    He could use 75 1ps.

    Greater Depths:
    Triangular Prism

the badger is right because if you count the pattern to 17 it is going to be yellow.
    Silver
the geese is wrong because if he needs 50 eggs there has to be 5 boxes but he said he needs 8 boxes.
    Gold
A/ 3 is the smallest coins.
B/ the largest coins is 75.

The Easter Bunny is right because the17 eggs is yellow

  6. Rayan Ma.

    BRONZE
    Yes the badger is correct because 3 x 6 = 18
as following the pattern pink, yellow, blue I found that 17 egg is yellow.
    SIVER
The geese is wrong because if one box hold 10 eggs and they have 50 eggs that means 5 tens so only need 5 boxes.
    GOLD
The smallest amount of coins to make 75p is 3.
    50p + 20p + 5p =75p
The biggest amount of coin’s to make 75p is : 75
    75 x 1p = 75p

A cuboid was used last year its had 8 vertices and 6 rectangular surfaces.
This year 3 less surfaces and 2 fewer vertices.
    6-3=3 faces
    8-2= 6 vertices
This year they are using a triangular prism because this shape has
6 vertices and 3 rectangular faces.

It I correct because if you keep saying the patern to the number 17 it will be yellow

  9. Rexford A.

    Bronze
The badger is correct because if you continue the pattern up to 17 you’ll see it is a yellow egg.

    Silver
The geese is incorrect as one box holds 10 eggs, so you only need 5 boxes to carry 50 eggs.

    Gold
    A) The smallest number of coins the Easter Bunny could pay exactly with is 3. The Easter Bunny could use 50p, 20p and a 5p to make 75p.
    B) The largest number of coins the Easter Bunny could pay with is 75. The Easter Bunny could pay with 1p coins.

    Gd)
The new boxes are triangular prisms because the Easter Bunny said that the boxes last year had 8 vertices and 6 rectangular faces, so I think the box was a cube. This year’s boxes have 3 fewer rectangular faces and 2 fewer vertices this means that this year’s boxes will be in the shape of a triangular prism.

Bronze: The bunny is right because if you draw the pattern you can see the pattern repeats and number 17 is yellow.
Silver: The geese are wrong because 5 boxes will hold 50 eggs.
    Gold: a) 50p + 5p + 20p = 75p which is the least amount of coins you can use.
    b) 1p x 75p = 75p which will be the most amount of coins you can use to make 75p.
    (I also tried doing this challenge with £1, 50p, 45p, 15p & 10p).

  11. Aadam R.

    Bronze
Yes he is rite because it is a repeeted patten and wen i count to 17 it is yellow .

    Silver
No they wode need 5 because if you count in 10s that would make 80 so they wode only need 5 and that makes 50 egg spaces.

    gold
    I wode use 3 coins and that wode be 50p 20p 5p.
I wode us 75 coins and that wode be 75 1p coins.

    gd
It wode be a triangular prism.

    1. Aadam R.

Aadam completed all of the challenge independently but his brother helped him with the GD challenge by drawing out different 3D shapes and getting Aadam to count the faces and vertices.

  12. Sidrah S.

You need 1 box to poot 10 eggs in. The geese is rong. He sed we need 8
    boxes for 50 eggs.

    Bronze:
The badgers is right because when we make the pattern pink, yellow ,blue and count them ,we find the 17th egg is yellow.
    Silver:
The geese is not right because we need 5 boxes to hold 50 eggs . It is like 8×10 =80 and 5×10 =50, Or 50 ÷10=5.
    Gold:
    1. 1p×75p=75p
    2. 50p+20p+5p=75p
    GD:
I have searched its a triangular prism.

  15. Muhammad K.

    Bronze
The 17th colour is yellow because there is a pattern.
    Silver:
The answer is 5. this is because 10 x 5 = 50. If we do 10 x 8 it equals to 80 and there will be too many boxes.
    Gold:
the smallest number of coins that can be used is 50p + 20p + 5p
    the largest number of coins that can be used are 5p (14x) + 1p + 2p +2p or 1p (75x)

  16. Ameera K.

    *Bronze
Pink yellow blue Pink yellow blue Pink yellow blue Pink yellow blue Pink yellow blue Pink yellow blue.
Yes he is right because number 17 is yellow.
    *Silver
No the geese are wrong because 10x 8=80 not 50 and 10x 5=50 so we need 5 boxes.
    *Gold
    The biggest coin is 50p
And the smallest coin is 5p

  17. Ilyas K.

    Bronze
The badger is right the 17th egg is yellow because it follows the pattern. Mummy sent picture to show how I found the answer.

    Silver
The geese are wrong because only 5 boxes are needed to hold 50 eggs. I counted up in tens to find my answer. Please see picture sent.

    Gold
The smallest amount of coins is 3 coins to pay exactly with.
    50p + 20p + 5p = 75p

The largest amount of coins to pay with is 75.
    1p x 75 = 75p

    or you could pay with 15 x 5p coins = 75p

  18. Tasneem S.

1.yellow was correct because the pattern went in order pink, yellow, blue.
2.They need 5 boxes to hold 50 because each box has 10 eggs 5×10=50.
    3. The smallest money will be 5p. And the biggest money will be 50p.
    4.triangular prism.
    I finish my homework.

The ester bunny puts some eggs in a pattern pink yellow blue…one of the badgers says says the 17 egg will be yellow he is right because if it goes
    Pink
    Yellow
Blue 17 times it was yellow
    Silver
A box holdes 10 eggs the geese says they need 8 boxes to hold 50 eggs no because it
    Says 80 so it = 80
    Gold
What’s the smallest number of coins the ester bunny could pay exactly with?1 coin of 50p of 20 would be 5p then it becomes 75p

  20. Dean-Junior L.

    Bronze.
Yes the bunny is right because if you make continue the pattern pink yellow blue until you get to the 17th number to find out .

    Silver.
No the geese is wrong . You can count up in 10s to get your answer , 10 x 5 = 50 this is correct 8 x 10 = 80 this is wrong.

    Gold.
    A) 3 coins is the smallest
    50p + 20p +5p =75p
    B) 75 coins is the largest amount
    75p x 1p =75p

  21. Yasiin H.

1.Yes the bunny is right because 17 is next colour is yellow.
    2. They are wrong because need 5 boxes.
    3. The smallest money will be 5p and 3 coin 50p +20p +5p =75p.

  22. Jebrin Y.

    Bronze:
1.) The badger is right because if you count, the 17th egg will be yellow.

    Silver:
1.) The geese is wrong because only 5 boxes are needed for the eggs. This is because 5 times 10 is equal to 50.

  23. Raeesa M.

    Bronze:
Yes Mr Bunny is correct the 17th colour is yellow.
    Sliver:
They are wrong because 10×8 gives you 80
And if you want to have 50 eggs you will have to have 5 boxes of eggs in order to do that you have to do 10×5 giving you 50 which is the amount of egg they need.

  24. Sumayyah A.

1.yes the Bunny is right because the next colour is yellow.
2 .They are wrong because 5 boxes will hold 50 eggs.
3 . The smallest amount of money is 5p and the biggest amount of money is 50p.

  25. Sumaya O.

    Bronze
The Bager is right because the 17 number was yellow and you can solve the answer by counting
    Silver
It is wrong because a box will handle 10 eggs and if you drove a truck the truck will handle more than ten eggs you will only need 5 boxes

    1. Neda S.

      Bronze
Yes badgers is right and because I counted and it will be yellow.
      Silver
The geese is wrong because if you do 8 then some eggs won’t have a box and 50 is a huge number so they need 10 boxes.
      Gold
The smallest number would be 5p and the biggest number would be 50p.

      A triangular prism

  26. Javishan R.

    Bronze:-
yes badgers is right because when we make a pattern with pink, yellow and blue……17th eggs will be yellow.

    Silver:-
Geese is wrong because if there are 10 eggs in a box there will be 80 eggs in 8 boxes and for 50 eggs in 5 boxes ( 8×10=80 and 5×10= 50)

    Gold:-
The smallest money will be 5p. And the biggest money will be 50p.
