This half term, in our History lessons, we are learning about significant individuals (famous people). One very significant individual in our country is Queen Elizabeth II. Read the text below and complete one or more of the challenges set.

    Coronation mean the ceremony of crowning a sovereign or a sovereign’s consort.

    I think the queen does this because people over 100 should be congratulated.

    I think the Queen sends telegrams to people who have lived for 100 years to congratulate them for living so long.

    He is 37 years old and he has 2 children – Arthur who is 2 years old and Lilibet Mountbatten Windsor who is 7 months.
