Year 3 Geography Trip Coventry City Centre

Today children in Year 3 collected some geographical data based on their local surroundings. Children carried out 3 separate traffic surveys at 3 different locations: Stoney Stanton by Webster Park, Stoney Stanton by the walk in centre and at the back of Primark in town.

Children also completed a litter survey at Swanswell park.
To make links with English children also took Paddington sight seeing, please see the English Blog for more on Paddington’s adventure.

What did you learn from the traffic survey?

What are your thought on the findings from the litter survey?

I learned were you can find lots of vehicles in city centre.I thought that the people who littered the pond with the ducks should take it out because duck are smaller the us and less stronger then us.
