Year 3 – Once Upon a Time … Online

Miss Redhead

To kick start our computing project after our well being day on Monday we looked at the story, ‘Once Upon a Time … Online.’ Our favourite fairy-tale friends found themselves in a dilemma when a mysterious laptop fell from Jack’s Beanstalk.

They were soon pulled into the world wide web.

What went wrong for Cinderella?

What happened to Red Riding Hood?

What about the Big Bad Wolf?

What dangers did Rapunzel face?

We then created posters to help keep others safe online. Can you tell me how to keep safe online?

    She kept looking at her phone that she didn’t know she stepped in brambles.

    The giant wanted to play with him but the wolf didn’t know how to share.

    What dangers did Rapunzel face?

    She was talking to a stranger who she thought was the prince.

    Can you tell me how to keep safe online?

    Don’t talk to strangers, if someone asks for something like you password, address or anything else deny it. Tell an adult if something goes wrong.

    She was busy on the iPad but then she got stuck in big brambles.
    What about the big bad wolf?
    The wolf got hacked that’s why it didn’t work.
    What dangers did Rapunzel face.
    After the phone call from a stranger her phone didn’t work.
    You shall ask an adult before you go online.
    And don’t give any details like where you live your number your address those kind of stuff don’t give it to anyone or you’ll get hacked and your account will be deleted.

    What went wrong with Cinderella was that she was buying too much things online then she had to pay a gigantic bill.

    Little Red Riding Hood was too busy on the laptop then she got stuck into some thorns.

    The Big Bad Wolf snatched the laptop of Cinderella then he started to play online games.
    What dangers did Rapunzel face?
    The danger that Rapunzel faced was that she called a stranger then she didn’t know who it was.
