Today we looked at what exercise does to our heart rate. We measured our heart rate when we were sitting, after walking and then again after running.

    While sitting I got 64 beats in 15 seconds.
    While walking and running I got 60 beats in 15 seconds.
    While exerciseing I got 36 beats.

    My heart rate when I was sitting was 69 .When I was walking it was 79. But , when I was running it was 90.my heart rate increased by doing lots of different things.When exercising your heart rate rises because your working a lot and you heart has to pump blood around your body very quickly. My highest heart rate was 90 because my heart had to work hard while I was running.
