Dear Diary, !! We’ve had a wonderful day exploring Cadbury World in Birmingham. In Cadbury world, there were chocolates made by robots and machines. We ate some of the chocolates and it tasted 10000000000000000000000000000000000% awesome! Did you know, Joseph Fry made the first Chocolate Bar in 1847!
We saw marshmallows, chocolates and more. Did you know Cadbury World is in Birmingham. We learnt about the process of how chocolate is
    made!

    1. Ron is ✅ because 9×10=90 and 90 isn’t like 10.
    2. Tiny is wrong because 4+5 is not 4.
3.Tiny is wrong because the answer was 2,213 I hope 🤞I get them all correct ✅

    1. Yes I agree with Ron because for example 20 + 20 = 40 so only the tens place value column is changing but for example 90 + 10 = 100 so even the hundreds column are changing.
    2. The mistake that tiny made is that he added the two numbers with wrong place values. The answer is 1579.
    1234 1234
    345+ instead of +345
    3. Tiny’s mistake is that when he wrote 1213 at the bottom of grid, he shouldn’t have written 1213, instead he should have subtracted from 3426.The answer is 2213.

1). I agree with Ron and he is correct because if a number is being taken away or added by 10 then the ones place column does not changes.

    For example below:

    14 +10= 24
    14- 10 = 4

2)Tiny has made a mistake because he thought that the 3 in the hundreds place was thousands and the 4 was hundreds place and the 5 was the tens.
    The correct answer is 1579.

    3) Tiny keeps on getting 3,426 as the answer because he is adding 1213 then he takes away 1213. The real answer is 2213.

    MATHS:
    1. I disagree with Ron because when you have a number 4 for example if you times it by 10 it will change the digit.
    2. No because the mistake that Tiny made is that it’s the wrong the write answear is 1,597
    3. He is wrong because he didn’t start at the ones column and he didn’t exchange to the 10 column

2)Tiny is incorrect because the correct answer was 1579.
    1234 + 345
3)Tiny is incorrect because he took away 4379-1213 instead off 3426-1213, the correct answer should be 2213

I agree with Ron because any multiple of 10 would always end with a zero, example 10×10=100 and it ends with a 0 another example 10×12=120 it ends with a 0 but the tens changed also 5×10=50 and the tens have only changed.
He put 3 in the thousand column 4 in the hundreds column and 5 in the tens column also nothing in the ones column and he added it all up and he got 4684.The real answer is 1579.
Tiny has added 1 ten, 1 one,1 hundred and 1 thousand in each column and then has took away 1 in each column so he has got the answer 3246.The real answer is 2213.

So, try again, which columns might change?

tiny is making the 1 thousand turn into 3 thousand.
tiny is getting 3426 because he is making the 3 turn into a four, a four turn into a six, a two turn into a 3 and a six turn into a nine.

This was the best day of my entire life. I stepped into the enormous attraction and it was really great, first we went to sit in the chair because they will tell us about wonderful information, did you know that dairy milk was the most loved chocolate in 2023 and Turkish delight is the worst chocolate in 2023.Then after all that fine information then it was so fun because then we got some melted chocolate and written our name with it. I wonder if it is suitable to eat. Then we went to eat our delicious food in a great black room. Afterwards we went to a really fun ride and when we went on the ride was moving and everyone had guns to shoot the milk and chocolate. Then we had to wate for a large time because it was going to be the best ride of the whole entire Cadbury World. Before we sat down the comfy chairs we had glasses because we where going to go to a rollercoaster but it is not real they want to make it real to make the chair moving and gave the glasses so its more realistic. Not to mention after the gun ride we had yummy, scrumptious dairy milk chocolates. I wish I could live here but my time here has came to a end.

Yes I agree with Ron because if he subtracts a multiple of 10 it becomes a multiple of 9

Tiny is wrong because he added a hundred 💯 with the thousands column and the ones with the tens so the answer is 1679 or 669

Tiny is wrong because the answer is 2,213

      1) Are you sure, Waniya?
If you subtract multiples of 10
      (40-10= 30)
If you add multiples of 10
      (300+ 20=320)
      Which columns have changed?

      2) You are right, Waniya, however you calculation is not quite right.

3)Can you explain Tiny’s mistake and how you found your answer please.

Ron is right because 6×10 = 60 add 10 equals 70 and the tens changed but the ones didn’t

Tiny is wrong because he put the 💯 on top of the 🔟 but you are supposed to put it like one on top of the one tens on top of the tens and hundreds on top of the hundreds the real answer is 1579

tiny is wrong because he adds 1213 then he take away 1213 that’s why he always have the starting number witch is 3426 but the real answer is 2213

    Maths
1Ron is cract because 10×10=100 but if you subtract it would be like this 10×10-1=99 so it changed the digit. It is 3 digit number but 100-1=99 so it turns into 2 digit number.
    2. Tint is rong because 1,234+315 is not 4,684 it’s actually 3440
    3. Tiny is ring because 3426-1213=3426 because she actually subtracted 4,639. She thought the number was 3426.

I agree with Ron because if a number is being taken away or added by 10 the ones column never changes. The hundreds thousands or more columns always change.
    For example:
    17+10=27
    17-10=7
    109-10=99
    109+20=129
    1236-30=1230
    1236+50=1286

Tiny had mistaken that the 3 in the hundreds was thousands the 4 was the hundreds and the 5 was the tens.

Tiny accidentally took away what he was supposed to take away from the top number but he took away the bottom number from itself.

Q1.I agree with Ron because if Ron subtract a multiple of 10, it is 9 and the column that changes is the 100 and 10s column.

Q2.Tiny’s mistake is that he added the hundreds column with the thousands column , the tens column with the hundreds column and the ones column with the tens column.

Q3.Tiny mistake is that he added 1,213 with 3,426 then subtracted 1,213.
To work out the answer for 1,213-3,426 is to:
    3,000-1,000=2,000 then,400-200=200 after that, 20-10=10 finally, 6-3=3 so 2,000+200+10+3=2,213

      10+82
      10+198
