    82 x 10 =820
    68 x 10 =680
    43 x 10 =430
    Silver
    The room is 8 meters long
    Function 2 does not multiply by 100 because there is an extra 50 p in the end.
    Gold
    43 x 5 =215
    46 x 4 =184
    74 x 5 =370
    Jack is right because Sam did his working out wrong because he was supposed to but the 2 at the top but he put the zero at the the top not the bottom

    82×10=820
    43×10=430
    68×10=680
    I know this because if you add 10 then it makes the number bigger slayyy

    1 82×10=820
    43x 10=430
    63x 10=630

    SILVER
    The 6cm is like 600 and the same for 2cm.
    The top and bottom one are correct but the middle one is in correct because 15×10=1500 not £1.50.

    Gold
    43×5=215
    36×4=144
    74x 5=370
    Jack has the correct multiplication because he added the 200 and Sam did not.

    I.i notice that you just have to add a zero
    82X10=820
    68X10=680
    43X10=430?
    Silver
    6cm turs to 6m
    2cm turns to 2m
    Number 2 because 15pX10=£1.50 but 100 X15 = 15p
    Gold
    43X5=215
    36×4=144
    76×5=370
    Jack is correct because sam didn’t add 200

    I notice that when ever you times a number by 10 the answer will always have a placeholder at the end.
    43 x 10 = 430
    68 x 10 = 680
    82 x 10 = 820
    Silver
    2 x 100 =200cm
    600 x 100 =600cm
    600cm = 6m
    200 = 2m
    The second one can not be multiplied by 100 because 15p x 10p = 150 p =1.50 pound
    Gold
    43 x 5 = 215
    40 x 5 = 200
    3 x 5 = 15
    200 add 15 = 215
    36 x 4 =
    30 x 4 = 120
    6 x4 = 24
    120 add 24 = 144
    74 x 5 = 370
    70 x 5 =350
    4 x 5 = 20
    350 add 20 = 370
    Jack got it correct because 234 x 6 =1404
    234 x 6 =
    200 x 6 = 1200
    30 x 6 = 180
    4 x 6 = 24
    1200 add 180 add 24 = 1404
    Sam is incorrect because 234 x 6 is not 1204

    Silver Challenge:
    The width of the room of the room is 6cm x 100 = 600cm
    The length of the room is 2cm x 100 = 200cm
    1m = 100cm
    So, the width of the room in metres = 600 divided by 100 = 6m
    The length of the room in metres = 200 divided 100 = 2m

    The 2nd function machine does not multiple by 100 because
    15p x 100 = 1500p but this would = £15 and not £1.50 because 1500 divided by 100 = £15

    Gold challenge:
    43 x 5 = 215
    36 x 4 = 144
    74 x 5 = 370

    Jack is correct because 234 x 6 = 1404
    Sam made a mistake because he forgot to add the remaining 2 on the hundred column

    I noticed that in the multiplication you just add a zero at the end
    32×10=320
    82×10=820
    68×10=680
    43×10=430
    Silver
    (100cm=1m)
    6cm ×100=600cm
    600cm=6m
    2cm×100=200cm
    200cm=2m
    The length of the room is 6 metres and the width is 2m and the whole room will have 16m in total
    3p×100=£3
    15p×10=£1.50
    30p×100=£30
    Gold
    43×5=215
    36×4=144
    74×5=370
    234×6=1404
    Sam is wrong because he forgot to add 200

    I realised when you times by 10 it gets 10 times bigger
    1. 82 x 10=820
    2. 68 x 10 = 680
    3. 43 x 10= 430
    Silver:
    The 6m is like adding 100 which is 600 and It’s the same for 2m.
    All of them are correct expect the middle one because 15×10=1500 not 150.
