Gold: Look at the dentist’s schedule below and answer the questions.

  1. Katie was 20 minutes late for her appointment. What time did Katie arrive?
  2. Mason arrived at 4:40. Was he late or early? By how many minutes?
  3. Reece thought his appointment was 25 minutes later than the actual appointment. What time did Reece think his appointment was?
  4. Laura was half an hour late for her appointment. What time did she arrive?
  5. Shelby was 25 minutes early for her appointment. What time did she arrive?

How I figured this out is from school always add 12 to your HOUR number

    Gold:
    1) Katie arrived at 2:05. :/
    2) Mason was 20 minutes early.
    3) Reece thought her the appointment was at 12:55 not 12:30!
    4) Laura arrived at 4:10 not at the proper time 3:40!
    5) Shelby arrived at 6:35!
One thing to point out on the sheet for gold 6:10 and 5:25 has a fullstop in the middle of the hour and minutes where’s the colon?πŸ˜…
    Platinum:
Yes I for one agree with Ron because whenever you want to turn a 12 hour clock to 24 hour clock then just add 12 because 12+12=24.πŸ˜‡πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ€—
