    St. James’s Park
It is the oldest park in London and is surrounded by three palaces: Westminster, Buckingham and St. James. The Park is popular for the London Marathon and the Tour De France. The most interesting animals in the park are the pelicans. The Duck Island, in the middle of the lake , is the home for the many species of birds, as Robin’s, woodpeckers and owls. You can see also squirrels and bats, geese and ducks. In the park you can also find an allotment and herb garden, where you will be shown how to grow vegetables in little containers.

One summers morning, Paddington and Mr Gruber were going on a trip to Buckingham Palace. When they arrived they had to go through St James Park. As Paddington walked through the soft, green, grass, the flowers twirled around his feet like ballerinas. The scent of food walked through his black, wet nose. The clouds were dancing in the sky and some were shaped. He saw lakes and lots of food that streched before him. He heard ducks and swans quacking so loud his ears would pop.

As Paddington walked down the aisle of coloured flowers he gazed across
the tree because it was gliding across the sky. Paddington jumped onto one of sharp leaves of the tree and was attacked by electric buzzer on his diminutive body, he jumped on the floor but sadly hurt his paw. The smell of freshly baked food dragged him to a café were he sat down at a table and drank his fine cup of tea. As the wind from the willow tree whooshed
in his face he had a dirty smile.

one summer morning, Paddington and Mr Gruber were on a trip to Buckingham Palace as the bear bear jumped about. Paddington jumped on the bus and sat on the ruby soft seat as Mr Gruber approached to sit next to him. Once they had arrived they had to walk on the rest of the way.
They quickly took a break at St James Park. Paddington couldn’t believe what his eyes just saw it was all like a wonderful sea of flowers while rolling about on the pointy grass.
he could feel the soft grass under his fuzzy paws. As Mr Gruber took him through the grass to the path he could smell the soft drinks. Mr Gruber and Paddington went of to the pond the ducks were all so cute as well as the chirping birds. All the ducks had a different type of personality some were different colours . Mr Gruber came back with an ice cream cone while they both sat next to the turquoise, glistening water. Paddington felt the soft breeze touching his body. After that they went down the path with his cone to leave the park and go to Buckingham Palace.

The swans and ducks were splashing in the ice cold water. The freezing water shimmered in the golden sun. The insects were buzzing as they were going from one flower to another. The luscious, green trees danced in the windy breeze.

Arriving at St James park, Paddington could see the majestic, bright sun up in the air shining down at the faboulous park. As soon as he approached the park, he could see the gorgeous bushes in the distance. What a beautiful park this was Paddington thought to himself! As he was walking along the path, he saw the Adorable, interesting duck swiming around the fresh, clean lake. Although the sun is in the sky blue sky, the clouds was white as the wall in a building. The sky was blue like a diamond.

St James park is on of the oldest park’s in London. It’s beautiful, it’s full of flowers and has a lovely flower bed! Most the people stare at the satisfying pond which is full of swans and did I mention even ducks! The water is a type of Royal blue colour but darker and the waves are calming. Also next to the pond is a water fountain and in front of it, Buckingham palace is there but most the people takes pictures there instead of staring making them self look like they’re in space.

Saint James park is a beautiful and delightful park. Lovely looking ducks move across the wavy lake. There are beautiful trees including a nice willow tree in the picture. The people are looking at the wavy lake and it looks so beautiful as the earth makes it flow. I hope the people liked the view of the lake. There is a nice palace that is blended white. The clouds and the sky are so like special supposed to be made for each other and the beautiful sky is like the
Ocean because it is blue and the white looks like white cotton candy. The floor that the people standing on looks so nice with the sand. I think the people enjoyed the nice fresh-air.

One silent morning, Paddington and Mr Gruber were going to see Buckingham Palace. Paddington was very curious of what sights there were to see. Before they left, Mr Gruber double checked he had his camera! Obviously he needed something to journal, for Paddington’s scrapbook and most important of all, memories. After a few minutes the bus arrived and as the moment was getting closer Paddington would become much, much more eager to see Buckingham palace. In the bus, it was very hot for Paddington. He used his scarlet hat as a fan and before they knew it the bus stopped! They had to walk the rest of the way through St James park, but he didn’t mind. It was a sea of vibrant, colourful flowers. He cautiously put his dirty, black feet on the cobblestone, leaving a trail of blurry footprints. He could also see workers and citizens escaping from the busy streets of London. While Paddington was enjoying all of the sightseeing, the trees were dancing and listening to the gentle breeze. In the distance, he heard a band marching as it got louder and louder…. when the band arrived, they were like a herd of elephants!!! Paddington was astonished, his mouth wide open in shock. He was caught in a daydream, but luckily Mr Gruber whizzed him back to reality. As he took his first few steps on the soft, green grass, he got used to being an outdoor bear and wildly circled to cherry red roses. As they walked to the pond, Paddington could already see that the pond was overflowing with wildlife, especially ducks! There were ducks of different species and colours. Hurriedly the ducks huddled up and suddenly, they were a big blur! Behind the big stretch of turquoise, fresh water, Mr Gruber could catch a glimpse of Buckingham palace. Before they left, Paddington ate ice cream. In the click of a finger he was licking the creamy, soft ice cream off his fingers. At Buckingham palace, he couldn’t get a photo, so when the main crowd left, the police woman said he could get a picture.
Paddington had a marvellous day after all.
