    New moon🌑
    Waxing cresent🌒
    First quarter moon🌓
    Waxing gibbious moon🌔
    Full moon🌕
    Wanning gibbious moon🌖
    Last quarter moon🌗
    Wanning cresent moon🌘
    What does wanning mean?
That we can see less of the moon.
    What does waxing mean?
That we can see more of the moon.

How many moon phases are there?
    There are 8 moon phases.
List the moon phases in order?
    ⭐New moon
    ⭐Waxing Crescent
    ⭐First quarter
    ⭐Waxing Gibbous
    ⭐Full moon
    ⭐Waning Gibbous
    ⭐Last quarter moon
    ⭐Waning Crescent
What did you find out if there was no moon?
The nights will be way darker.
    The days will get shorter.
A day on Earth would be only 8-10 hours long.
The Earth’s tilt axis will wobble.

    There are 8 moon phases.
At night, if there is no moon then you won’t be able to see your hands.

The lesson was a lot of fun!
    3 things I learnt are:
    1. There are 8 moon phases and they are new moon, waxing crescent, first quarter, waxing gibbous, full moon, waning gibbous, third quarter and waning crescent. This is the order in emojis🌕🌖🌗🌘🌑🌒🌓🌔
2.If the moon disappeared , tides will become shorter, the night will get shorter, and days will become shorter.
    3. Waning means we can see less of the moon and Waxing means we can see more of the moon.
I loved the part where we ate the Oreo’s.🍪It was the tastiest and best science lesson!

There are 8 phases of the moon.
They are new moon, waxing crescent, first quarter, waxing gibbous, full moon, waning gibbous, third quarter and waning crescent.
If there was no moon time will be shorter because we will have no moon and the moons gravitational pull slows down Earth.
It would be harder for nocturnal animal to catch their prey.
There will be less waves and will be a large extent to the weather.
The Earth will not tilt on its axis.
When it is night time its pitch black because the moon gives light when its night time.
