    What is a pulse?
A pulse is the feeling of your heart beat as it moves through your body. You can find you pulse in your wrist or neck. Never use your thumb because it has a pulse in it.
How can we measure our heart rate?
You can put your 2 fingers on you wrist or neck and count the beats per minute
What happens to our heart rate when
    we exercise?
When we exercise our heart rate gets higher each time. If you do a sport like running on the spot it will be high. Once you do another sport your heart rate will be higher since it has been used alot from the last exercise.

    1) A pulse is a reaction that beats and occurs at any all time ,it is felt in the neck or wrists.

2)We can measure our heart rate by checking your wrist or neck by using two fingers.

3)when we exercise our heart rate begins to increase 📈 faster. And other ways to increase your heart rate is by anxiety 😦 feeling really worried and don’t know what to do.
