    1.It is important to learn the Spanish alphabet because if you need to read in Spanish you would know what it means and if you go Spain in the future you could know how to order from a restaurant.
    2.It could support us because we are learning the phonics so we can embed it in our minds and also learn the different type of sounds it makes as it is really different to our English Alphabet.

    Why is it important to learn the Spanish alphabet?
    It is important to learn the Spanish alphabet because you could teach younger children.
    How can this support our learning of the Spanish language?
    This can support our Spanish learning because we get to learn the sounds.

      Yes it will, can you think of some Spanish words that have the letter ‘ñ’ in them? List and show me how many you can think of.

    It is important to learn about the Spanish alphabet because it helps us with our learning.
    It will help us support our learning of the Spanish alphabet as we will know how to pronounce tricky words.

      What tricky Spanish words can you think of that use some of the unusual phonics that exist in the Spanish alphabet. I can think of ‘jalepeno’ pronounced as ‘halepeno’. How about you?
