    What is water resistance?
Water resistance is a force that uses friction to slow down an object moving through water.
How does shape affect the speed an object can travel through
The best shape to go through water is a streamlined shape as the end is pointed which leads to less water resistance which allows the object to move quicker than an object that is not streamlined. If you throw an object underwater it will not go in one direction, however, if you add flaps it can allow it to travel in a more straight path. I predict that the streamlined shape would hit the bottom quicker as there is less water resistance which allows the streamlined shape to move quickly .

If the shape is pointed it will go faster and hit the ground first

1.Water resistance is when a type of friction slows down a object in water.
2.A shape typically a cone or a triangle shape allows the object to go through the water fast when the water goes over it(the object).

What prediction did you make and why?
I predicted that the streamlined shape would hit the bottom quicker as there is less water resistance which allows the streamlined shape to move quickly than the square and sphere
