    10 is half of 20 because 20-10=10 and if you split 20 into two equal groups there is 10 in each group.

    Where do we find the numerator and denominator?
    We find the numerator at the top and the denominator at the bottom of a fraction question.

    What is a half of 20?
    Half of 20 is 10.
