    A debit card is for the age of 11 so they can pay with a card.
    And a credit card is for the age of 18.
    Well it is used for so when you put it un a cash machine they know it is a real credit card.

    The magnetic strip is used for holding all personal information.

    You have to be 11 for a debit card and 18 for a credit card.
