Daily Challenge – Circuits

Today’s challenge is a circuit challenge. Perform all 6 moves for the amount of repetitions provided and then repeat the whole circuit 3 times with a 2 minuet break in between each whole circuit. For level 2 perform this 5 times and for level 3 perform this whole circuit 7 times.
