I think his mother made him travel 700 miles by himself because it is safe also, conflict is happening so lots of bombs are dropping and it wouldn’t be safe for little children.

He used the value of tenacity because he did what his mother wanted him to do and he didn’t go back . I think his mum made him travel 700 miles because she didn’t want him to be gone. I think his mum couldn’t go with him because maybe she didn’t have a passport.

The boy show tenacity because he didn’t give on running or walking.
He showed brilliance because he was trying to help himself .
I think his mother made him travel 700 miles because his mum had no choice to so he had to do it or he might die .
Maybe his mum couldn’t come because she was in the hospital.

I think the 11 year old boy was so brave to travel 700 miles by him self leaving his family behind. The boy showed brilliance because he was brave and traveled that long of a time he didn’t even know where he could’ve got lost but he just kept on going . This must have been a hard decision for her he stay here and get hurt or go and stay safe but she chose for his safety.

KS2- Which BH values did this boy show and why do you think his mother made him travel 700 miles by himself?
This 11 year old boy has used tenacity and resilience as he had to walk 700 miles all alone. I think his mother sent him by himself as she wanted him to flee first and so he could be safe in Slovakia.
