In this week so far we have taken part in various mindfulness activities to promote a better mental wellbeing and practising techniques on how to feel calm and happy. We have taken part in yoga, learnt breathing techniques, coloured for mindfulness and taken part in a circle time sharing our feelings.

    The mindfullness colouring was fun and I made it into a little game and that made it even more fun.

    The most relaxing activity is where you make circles either little or big. This is because I colourd and circled how I felt like and it calmed.
