In this week so far we have taken part in various mindfulness activities to promote a better mental wellbeing and practising techniques on how to feel calm and happy. We have taken part in yoga, learnt breathing techniques, coloured for mindfulness and taken part in a circle time sharing our feelings.

    Cosmic kids has made me feel relaxed the most because we have a lot of fun when we relax and when we relax we feel calm . Mindful colouring makes mya feel calm because she likes colouring and it makes her feel calm.
