This was a brilliant experience kindness is in everybody we should take care of our self before we take care of others, we have learnt happy tapping you could relax by mediation and don’t spread rumours we should be proud for who we are don’t hate each other don’t be sad all the time or your life would be boring.Time to time we should listen to calm music and enjoy. If you were always happy you would feel no other emotions.

You can think of happy thoughts and happing tapping. You can also be calm and do deep breaths while closing your eyes. You will be bored if your happy all the time. You don’t need to worry about anything because some worries don’t come true.
